The system (read leader) seems excited with the outcome of the first elections in which a close competition took place and the results were really unpredictable. This may lead them to actually let more people compete as candidates so that more people can find their desired candidates and vote. The leader also avoided translating people's patrticipation as a big 'mosht' in US and Israel's mouth as before. I’m wondering if we can say we are now one step closer to democracy.
